When using the Signature de Chanel pencil for the first time, unscrew the body and press the container to lock it in place.
Leave the pencil on a flat surface for 3 minutes, coating the entire applicator with the formula. For a natural look, use the thin side of the brush to draw the base of the upper lashes from the inner corner of the eye outwards.
For a more intense look, use the flat side of the brush to draw a thicker line along the base of the upper lashes from the center outwards.
To create a cat eye, after defining the base of the upper lashes, extend the line toward the end of the brow with the thin side of the brush.
Intensify the line with the flat side of the brush, starting from the outer corner of the eye toward the center.
